The lunch and dinner options may need to be revised and better stocking of items; consider a happy hour by the pool or lobby. The computer at the business station needs to be checks, maybe add new ones. Also the hotel should look at an airport shuttle again. Maybe even partner with the hotel next door that has vehicles but rebrand if they need to share the cost, so it can be a generic brand going to both hotels. "
