Nice stay, would recommend
Really nice to relax at the pool. Staff were pleasant and room was nicely sized. Seemed like a great holiday option if you have kids as they provide a lot of activities for children. Nice location for a drive to San Vito lo capo, Trapani and other areas (each ~30" drive per direction)

Wonderful relaxing Hotel.
This was our sixth stay at this wonderful hotel. We especially love all of the aqua dance lessons by Leo and his staff, along with the entertainment events in the evening. The pool is very large and always kept clean and at a comfortable temperature. This hotel is located 20 minutes from the terrific beach in San Vito lo Capo, 20 minutes from historic Erice, and 20 minutes from the wonderful beach towns of Scopello and Castellammare del Golfo. The cost is very reasonable given all of the amenities, and we also went to their spa for a wonderful massage. This part of Sicily has wonderful restaurants, scenic beauty, and it is still not that crowded. For us, summer vacation includes at least one week at Villa Zina Park Hotel. Grazie to all of the staff who made us feel very comfortable. We will return hopefully later in the summer.

Glad only stayed one night.
It's outside of a small village, poorly marked, got lost 3 times,finally a good smaratian drove us to the entrance, at reception,language was a barrier, very limited English, the property is big but dated, though the bath rooms looked liked they were renovated some time ago, definitely not 4 stars, breakfast was limited (3) fruit choice, and lots of different kinds of pound cakes. Caters towards large group of seniors. Staff even with limited English tried to help.

A lovely little find
We arrived at 1am not really knowing what to expect the following morning as the hotel was in the middle of a little village but we were not disappointed. Lovely hotel, lovely staff and lovely everything. It was not too far from amazing restaurants and the stunning San Vito Lo Capo beach. Amazing animation team who did everything to motivate people to take part in all events. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanted a relaxing break. The only 2 negatives I would say is the Wi-Fi in the bedrooms was very hit and miss and the pool needs a bit of rennovating in regards to the tiles in and around the pool. Otherwise loved this little find.

The truth about Villa
Great hotel with basically noise-proof walls, there was a wedding going on downstairs that was really loud in the lobby, and we thought for sure that we'd hear it in our room but we didn't here anything! The breakfast was also really good, my only gripes about the hotel is that the room we were in did not have blackout curtains which made for an earlier morning than expected, and they charge £10 for taxes and services like the pool/spa/ect. That we didn't even use, but taxes are always expected, just not the extra £8 for services.

Shabby, dated and noisy!
This hotel surely doesn't deserve a 4* rating. The pool is lovely, but the hotel interior is dated and shabby. It is located in the middle of nowhere, so you really have no choice but to eat in the hotel, unless you want a 15 mile drive to a restaurant. The surrounding area is rocky and barren anad basically it is in the middle of a stone quarry. We found the hotel too noisy for our tastes as well - at the poolside there was loud europop playing from late afternoon onwards and when we got back from our long drive to San Vito lo Capo for dinner an animateur was running what appeared to be a kids karaoke in the bar. If you like non-stop entertainment and are happy to stay in the hotel for your whole stay and have all your meals there then its fine - but definitely not for us. We only stayed one of our planned four nights and moved on elsewhere.

Affordable hotel with good kitchen
The hotel is located far from tourist zones and really not in Custonaci itself, but in Baglio Messina (not far, but you need a car). But the premises are new, the hotel shuttle brings you to the beach, and there is a very good breakfast.

This is an average hotel. We were lucky to stay only one night. Moreover,it was quite noisy at night since there was an event near the poolside. The wifi internet was very poor from our room. You also need a car.

A good stay
This was a comfortable hotel with a helpful friendly staff. Cleanliness was good, breakfasts were filling and varied and the facilities were of a good standard. If there was a problem we had a positive response and staff tried to communicate even when their English was not easy for them. It is also a good location to travel around the region. Internet coverage was fairly good.

Nice hotel - Hire a car
Hotel was rather nice. Freindly staff, decent standard of decor. Location is the only reason for the low price. Perfect for budget break that doesnt mean a budget room. Make sure you take a car, nothing in walking distance. San Vito nearby is a short 10min drive and is great fun. Driving is bonkers! keep your eyes peeled and use you mirrors....

This is not a four-star property. The air conditioning in our room did not work, & the water in our bathroom sink & shower had to run for 20 minutes before becoming warm, not hot. The front desk staff said the A/C is controlled by computer, rather than from the room, & we had to call six times before we could feel any cool air. Each time we left the room, we had to request that the AC be turned on again when we returned. We stayed for four days, & we had the same problem each day. The thermostat remained at 26 C, or 79 F, & the room was hot & humid. When we opened the French doors, there were no screens, & mosquitoes entered. When we departed, we requested a discount, but the manager refused, saying the AC was working in our room, although the thermostat read 25 C, or 77 F, when he visited the room, & this is the coolest it ever got. The room had minimal lighting; the towels were well-worn & thin, & the mattress was lumpy.

Me and my wife went there for our honeymoon and stayed 7 days in the hotel. Overall I'm mostly pleased with the hotel but there were a few issues I would like to mention. Even though we mentioned we were there on our honey moon we got nothing special. The had a very poor view, nothing special inside the room (at least a flower would have made a big difference making us feel special). The bathroom was good and clean. The TV and internet however were quite poor. The TV in our room was very very small old tv, (you could not see the score if you are in bed watching a game). More over there were only 10-15 channels all in Italian. I would expect more from a 4 star hotel. Stuff at the hotel was helpful but only a few people spoke English. I was very disappointed that at the end we got charged for using the pool. What 4 star hotel charges guests for using the pool? The told me the price is 20 EUR / per person per day, which I think is very very unfair not to mention on Expedia given that this raises the cost of the room with more that 20%. We were not warned about this charges but there was however some promotion and if you stay a week the charge is only 20 EUR / per person, per week. The hotel is not a walking distance from almost anything. We had a car and in my view if you stay here you must have a car. If you have wheels there are nice places to visit and shop within 10-15 km. All in all we had good time but if I have to do it again I might try a different hotel.

I had a car so it was ok but I could only imagine if you didn't. There is really nothing around the hotel but not to far away from sites and beaches if you have a car. We came back early one day from our day trip and had to drive 20 mins in another direction later on just to find a place to eat dinner. Hotel is very nice though. My shower didnt have a shower curtain for some reason not sure if all rooms are like this or not. Pool is great and very large. There is no private beach unlike advertised. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was typical Italian Hotel breakfast but still good.

I just spent 4 nights in Villa Zina Park and while it has some good points anyone visiting should be aware of the following: the pool is green and out of use at this time of year. They charge €40 per hour to use the gym/spa facilities and I heard guests were even told there was a charge for the 'complimentary' shuttle bus. The restaurant looks like a school canteen in appearance and there were no menu choices.. you just ate what you were given.. The restaurant staff were amazing despite the language barrier and handled the tour who were staying really well feeding 200 people at the same time and still catering for me as a vegetarian, although the food was a little basic and repetitive. From my room on the first floor I could hear every noise from reception and with tiled floors everywhere there is quite a lot of noise you can hear from your room. Hot water seemed to be limited in my shower..no bath. I didnt have a car and didnt explore the immediate surrounding area although at the bottom of a hill there is a supermarket. The hotel wasnt expensive when I booked so reasonable value for money. I think it would be unfair to be too harsh as it was out of season so I am not sure what it would be like otherwise. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Maybe give the hotel a try if you are a heavy sleeper and on a budget..but only if you have a car.

We have just come back from a 4 night stay we were 2 couples we really enjoyed it. Hotel is great, loved the crossiants at breakfast quite a varation. Pool area always clean same as pool water, loved the sunbeds with matching brolles. Definetly will go back!!

The location is not good. It's in Custonaci, which is between Trapani and Palermo, a little bit of nowhere. There's no other restaurant near by, and it's on the top of mountain. The room was ok, but equipment is a bit old. Breakfast was not fine, only cold food available.

Questo hotel ha una bellissima piscina, comodo per visitare San Vito lo capo Erice e trapani la camera era grande e pulita la colazione nella media la spiaggia di cornino che è vicina e veramente brutta è difficile entrare in acqua pieno di alghe e scogli scivolosi se poi ci andate sabato o domenica è un Carnago

Vacanza piacevole in una regione bellissima. Hotel curato, pulito e ben posizionato per raggiungere le incantevoli baie del litorale trapanese. Splendida piscina. Buona la colazione con personale di sala cordiale e disponibile. L'unico neo riguarda la sala colazione, a mio parere troppo buia; andrebbero semplicemente aperte le tende (sempre chiuse durante il soggiorno) o ancora meglio servire la colazione nella spendida sala che si affaccia sulla piscina.

I couldn't recommend them more than that. Super service. Animation. Room, pool, restaurant, and everywhere else was very clean. Professional and courteous staff. Nice food and very very good especially to sleep over night as it's very ventilated and this is very important as the heat in Sicily at this time of the year was simply crazy
