Attention aux heures d’arrivée

Selon la confirmation de ma réservation notre arrivée était possible à partir de 14heures le samedi. A notre arrivée nous avons constaté que l’accueil n’était assuré qu’avant 14 h ou après 17h30!! Il nous a fallu appeler pour qu’une personne vienne. Celle-ci nous a dit que nous avions de la chance qu’elle soit chez elle en raison du mauvais temps.

L'hôtel possède un excellent restaurant mais l'état de la chambre n° 220 que j'ai occupée avec mon épouse était plutôt sale (moquette pleine de taches) et la chambre gagnerait à être rafraîchie. De plus le double lit est trop juste pour 2 personnes et un lit un peu plus large devrait y être installé. La salle de bain aussi devrait être rafraîchie et une paroi vitrée ou un rideau de douche serait bienvenu.. Par contre aussi bien le personnel de l'hôtel que celui du restaurant sont souriants, accueillants et serviables.

Nice location, very dated rooms

The hotel is located in a very scenic part of France. The staff are friendly. The rooms are very dated. The smell from the toilet is very strong which I assume is due to the water. I had to leave the window open the whole time I was in the room just to make it acceptable. Carpet was stained or bleached. bed was a little lumpy. Good WIFI. breakfast ok, but not a great selection. No drinks or vending machines availble.

Voor 5e jaar op rij boeken we dit hotel als tussenstop voor onze vakantie,leuk simpel maar net hotel met goede bedden en vriendelijk personeel en niet duur

L'accueil n'a pas été très chaleureux, une fois installé dans notre chambre une personne est entré dans même frapper en croyant qu'il n'y avait personne. Quand nous sommes rentré de notre soirée, notre carte n'ouvrait plus là porte. Une personne à du se déplacer. La chambre n'était pas terrible même très vieillot avec beaucoup d'humidité dans la salle de bain. Bref pas une bonne expérience pour ma part.

Hôtel très accessible.

L'accueil a été très agréable, le service aussi. Seul conseil à donner aux hôteliers, raffraichissez vos salles de bain et changer le style vieillissant de la chambre. Attention aux odeurs de fosse septique dans les communs et dans la chambre, c'est difficilement supportable.
