Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The place is extremely dirty. When we first walked in there were no towels. We were told to use the robes as towels!! The shower leaked all over the floor leaving a mess and there is no shower mat. The floor is covered in dust and hair. Our socks were filthy after walking around. The amenities are very basic with just about no storage. There are three coat hangers, but are used by the three robes they offered. The lady that prepares breakfast is not is less than friendly. We asked for milk with our coffee and we were told “I’m only one person so I can’t get you milk”. This place is a joke.
