Hotel ok, Parking service Terrible

The hotel in general was good, excellent check-in service, good and comfortable room, breakfast ok, but the service could be improved. There was a delay in replacing fruits, cutlery, etc. The parking was terrible! I probably won't return to this hotel because of this. I paid R$ 31.00 and when checking out I discovered that the car was two blocks from the hotel and it took them almost 30 minutes to bring me the car! Parking service was terrible! The worst I have ever seen in my life!

Disappontment

I traveled to Curitiba on business. I planned to have dinner at the hotel while working, but to my surprise, the hotel does not have a restaurant (although it is advertised) or even room service. Although the building has 17 floors (14 rooms) only a small one (for up to five people) was functioning. For a Slaviero hotel, it disappointed me.

Cama e roupas de cama e banho de qualidade. Porém a Televisão não estava atualizada e não conseguíamos conectar ao celular. Outra questão que pegamos estacionamento com manobrista, mesmo deixando o carro lá por apenas 8h. Ao solicitarmos o carro pela manhã (pedem para solicitar com 15 minutos de antecedência), nos avisaram que o carro já estava disponível em frente ao hotel. Para nossa surpresa ele estava na rua mesmo, nem sabemos há quanto tempo estava lá e não estava com as portas travadas. Outra questão, não tinha mangueira de incêndio nem no nosso andar (11) nem no andar da academia.
