Ótimo local para hospedagem!

Fui muito bem recebido, quarto bem amplo e espaçoso, banheiro com um ótima qualidade e quantidade de água, toalhas limpas, cama muito confortável, café da manhã maravilhoso somente com poucas opções sem lactose, glúten e carboidratos, inconveniente a academia do hotel não estava funcionando, mas o convênio deles com academia próxima, muito bem equipada!

Excelente Hotel, falta estacionamento

Gostei muito da estadia neste hotel, nos 2 quartos que pegamos estavam bem limpos e confortáveis, excelente café da manhã e a SmartTV ajudou nos dias calmos. Tem opções próximas de restaurantes, mercado e padaria caso precise. O único ponto negativo seria com relação a vagas de garagem que possuem poucas, por ser no centro e cobrar um valor alto para a diária. Sorte que fiquei com o carro somente 2 dias e os demais de Uber.

Na reserva eu havia recomendado refrigerantes Diet (sou diabético) no frigobar. Não atendido. No mesmo frigobar as águas eram de difícil abertura. Melhorar a qualidade. Modelo da TV do apartamento ultrapassado.

Hotel próximo ao centro

O Hotel fica próximo ao centro e tem um excelente atendimento e um café da manhã muito bom. Por ser próximo de uma avenida, pode ser um pouco barulhento para quem fica hospedado nos quartos da frente. O hotel fica próximo a rua 24 horas, bares e restaurantes. Super indico a hospedagem.

O quarto era bom, escolhemos um quarto com tres camas de solteiros, pois no quarto para familia nao ha uma cama de casal e uma de solteiro. (So tem opções de uma de casal e um sofá, que acredito nao ser agradavel para dormir 5 dias). No primeiro dia, as 7h da manha escutei arrastando móveis, foi muito desagradavel. Acredito que foi a camareira voltando a cama de solteiro ao lugar, eu tbem juntava a minha com a do meu marido todo dia, pois se nao fizesse assim nao abriamos a porta do armario e no outro dia a camareira voltava para o local. Outra coisa que nao gostei, no anuncio estava uma fachada do hotel e chegando la foi decepção, pois nao era a do anuncio. Nunca aconteceu comigo isso pelo Booking, mas aconteceu aki pelo Hotel.com. O atendimento do restaurante do hotel é muito ruim, na noite de ano novo so havia nós no restaurate e nossos pratos vieram frios e antes de terminarmos pediu para assinar o pedido, sem perguntar se queriamos mais alguma coisa, detalhe meu marido queria sobremesa, mas ate desistiu. Na outra noite para nao demorar pedimos uma tapioca recheada, haviam 3 familias no restaurate, para nosso surpresa, nossa tapiocas demoraram mais de 1 hora para ficarem prontas e vieram frias. Sao muito ruins em atendimento. Café da manhã muito bom, com ovos mexidos (que particularmente adoro) e mamão, so os bolos que as vezes estavam meios solados. No mais eram na média. Senti falta de um recepcao com informacoes para turismo, mas nao sei se e caracteristica de Curitiba
