The dining area and reception look great, and clean. The room, walls and corridor leading up to the rooms look like a cheap motel, dirty, broken, chipped paint. The place looks neglected.

On the plus side, we had a spacious room, staff was friendly and it comes with free parking. Rooms could use some work, but clean and everything worked. Close highway, a train line and the airport nearby made it a little noisy. So if you want it quiet, maybe not the best option.maybenotplace.noi7

Estrutura do hotel e excelente, mas o que deveria melhorar a isolamento acústico do quarto, pois perto do hotel tem a passagem de linha férrea, sendo o barulho de buzina dos trens a noite toda.

O barato sai caro

O que incomodou muito foi o quarto mofado, banheiro com muito cheiro de mofo e extremamente pequeno, quem tomava banho, machucava o braço na saboneteira pois não dava pra se movimentar direito, e olha que eu sou magra… edredom velho e manchado para se cobrir, sem contar o pão do café da manhã que estava com gosto de mofo , quase vomitei. Comi apenas um pão de queijo. Não volto mais .

Assim que chegamos no hotel, fomos surpreendidos com um problema na comunicação entre o Hotel.com e o hotel. Não localizaram minha reserva. A pessoa que me atendeu, o nome dela é Jéssica, foi super atenciosa e de imediato se prontificou a nos ajudar. Estava com minha família. A Jéssica, mesmo não localizando minha reserva, conseguiu um quarto para nós mesmo o hotel sem vagas. Quero parabenizar o trabalho e eficiência da Jéssica. O hotel ganha muito com pessoas altamente capazes e resolutivas. Quero parabenizar pela limpeza, tamanho do quarto, conforto, restaurante.

Barato, mas tem melhores

O hotel fica proximo a um lago (corrego) então eh bem úmido e gelada. Ar condicionado nao esquenta o quarto todo. Recepcao se negou a prover cobertor que faltava. Pois erams 4 hospedes no quarto e somente tinha 3 cobertores. Depois de muita insistência entregaram um cobertor a meia noite e meia que nao veio lacrado. Ou seja provavelmente era usado. Cafe da manha nao estão preparados para atender grande volume de hospedes. Falta reposição, mesas sujas pois na pressa nao conseguem limpar direito. O buffet era mal organizado. Talheres nao ficavam no mesmo lugar. Iogurte e leite longe dos cereais. Isso aumenta muito a fila e confusao na hora de servir.

No geral é bom! Mas se você reparar a limpeza não é completa principalmente no banheiro. Não achei legal cobrar estacionamento, sendo que é rotativo e longe do quarto contratado. Ficamos hospedados com crianças e estava chovendo muito nos dias que ficamos lá. Se não tem vagas para todos os quartos não acho justo cobrarem por isso.

Experiência razoável

Foi razoável em muitos sentidos. Mas antes os pontos positivos: Atendimento de todos os funcionários. Limpeza. Toalhas de banho. Pontos razoáveis e/ou negativos: Isolamento acústico e térmico do quarto. O quarto que pegamos fica de frente para a pista e tem muito barulho dia e noite. Não há nenhum tipo de isolamento ao fechar a porta de correr de vidro da sacada. Nem para conter o barulho e nem para o frio. O frigobar fazia um barulho bem alto e que ficava insuportável ao longo da noite. O chuveiro demorava bastante para esquentar e a torneira da pia só esquentava levemente quando queria. Café da manhã bem normalzinho e todo dia a mesma coisa. Bolos e pão francês amanhecidos. É cobrada a diária do estacionamento, porém não podemos ficar com a vaga fixa. Então dependendo do horário e do movimento de carros nas garagens, só resta vaga de estacionamento numa espécie de terreno cheio de pedras e matos. A contagem do frigobar não tem muito controle, no check-out vimos que foi lançado 12 garrafas de água, mas ainda bem que a funcionária da recepção confiou que nós só pegamos 3 garrafas. Enfim, foi uma experiência razoável e não seria uma opção novamente para hospedagem.
