"We enjoyed our stay. location and travel through the city was chaotic but tolerable. "

"We were greeted by Rosita who was the most lovely hostess ever. She had our rooms ready early and adjusted to our requests. She ALSO made a Dr appointment for one of our party at a great local clinic. AND she let me park my car there for a few days while we made our trip to ski in Chillan. Rosita went over and above our expected hospitality. And her English was amazing. We WILL be back. "

"It’s a very special place! It’s very difficult to photograph but it’s charming, authentic and wonderful. We booked dinner in Santa Cruz (and they arranged transportation for us) but after having breakfast there, we should have eaten there! It was great. This place is a quaint, hidden gem!"

"speedy check in, polite. had an issue with the room we had and they immediately changed us, no issues. Restaurant was great for supper and breakfast buffet very good also. we would definitely stay there again. Fair value. "
