"L'appartement "non fumeur" était sale et sentait la cigarette : odeurs, du gras partout dans la cuisine et sur la vaisselle, grosses taches sur le sol, lavabos et douches sales. Nous n'avons pas eu d'eau chaude pendant notre séjour. Et malgré nos relances par la messagerie d'expedia et une réponse par mail nous indiquant que cela allait être réparé sous peu rien n'a été fait : c'est honteux de louer sans eau chaude ! Au niveau équipement : très peu de vaisselle et pas assez de couverts pour 4...

"The apartment was not cleaned when we arrived and when we asked for a cleaner, we were promised one who did not show up throughout our entire stay. "Very well stocked apt with 3 bedrooms & 2 bathroom/showers. Linen and towels included. Kitchen has everything you need including a washing machine. Unit has screens on windows and back balcony alowing you to keep windows open while A/C is off. Nice breeze between front and back balconies. There is a beach and supermarket walking distance as well as the very under rated Dodo traffic circle. "Stand beside a Dodo". Main shopping mall is about 3 km, (2 mi), away. Apt faces inward toward pool area...

"Vincent the owner is an excellent communicator. He maintained contact prior and during our stay which was very reassuring. His Mum was very welcoming & supportive throughout. It is exactly what is advertised, a beautiful apartment with a sea view & fully equipped kitchen & cleaning provided during your stay. Good parking. A lift would be very beneficial. Highly recommend!"

"We travelled from Australia and stayed at this beautiful hotel in Mauritius, let me tell you hands down this is one of the best hotels I have been to with breathtaking sea views, private beach, beautifully unique designed hotel and best five star in class service. From the moment we arrived we were welcomed with a friendly smile. All the staff were very helpful and the food was absolutely delicious. Thank you to the reception staff and management for helping us plan our days accordingly to what we liked. Thank you to security at the front of the hotel for your exceptional service and friendly smiles each day. Thank you to the hotel staff for ensuring our room was clean and tidy to perfection each day. There is one highlight that we will never forget which is the dine in at the Tek Tek restaurant with our own private chef. The six course menu was inspired by the islands rich culture and let me tell you the food was on another level with the combination of flavours the dishes were perfection. Each dish was made with love from the Chef. Thank you Chef Shiva and Helper Karan for the most wonderful night and dine in experience you both made our experience staying at Mauritius incredible. We hope to see you both again soon. If you would like a luxurious stay I definitely recommend staying at this hotel. 🙂"
