arriviamo dopo l'orario di fine check in, ma alla reception, avendoli avvisati per tempo, si sono dimostrati molto gentili e disponibili, organizzandoci agevolmente l'arrivo. Abbiamo avuto a disposizione una camera all'ultimo piano, ben arredata, ben pulita, con un bagno veramente grande.. ma piuttosto calda, senza aria condizionata nè ventilatore. il soggiorno è durato solo una notte, e non possiamo dire di aver riposato come speravamo: la camera accanto è stata occupata dopo mezzanotte, con gran rumore fino all'una.. alle 7 è squillato il telefono della nostra stanza senza motivo e anche in seguito continui gran rumori che provenivano dalle scale, incluso del personale che preparava la colazione. Credo che questi problemi (a parte l'aria condizionata) siano relativi principalmente alle 2 camere nel sottotetto, in cui i rumori sono veicolati dalla tromba delle scale.. e non avendo una porta insonorizzata, piombano dentro camera senza pietà. Pertanto mi sembra doveroso scrivere che la struttura nel complesso è molto ben fatta, moderna e ben tenuta.

Clean and tidy. Good amenities. Comfortable guests. Really welcoming and helpful staff. The lady at the desk had even prepared for our stay by writing in English what she would need to say….in case we didn’t speak Italian! Good traditional Italian breakfast.

Nice comfortable place close to Cuneo

We spent 2 nights in this very nice B&B. Clean, comfortable beds and spacious accomdation. We had 2 rooms with a kitchen. It was easy to find off-site parking. Great location as it was a very short drive to Cuneo centre (about 5 mins) and quiet. Breakfast was ample and good. Everything was excellent until I checked out. I was charged 10€ per night for the kitchen and this was NEVER made known to us when we checked in. The friendly girl who showed us the rooms did not tell us of the cost of the kitchen. Neither was it stated on hotel.com.

Pernottamento di una sola notte, nonostante avessi prenotato telefonicamente a HomeAway l'operatore ha sbagliato e si è dimenticato di un posto letto. Dopo mezza giornata passata al telefono per risolvere il caso, ho dovuto pagare la differenza all'albergatore per poi essere rimborsato da HomeAway.

Avevamo prenotato due double rooms, al momento del check-in scopriamo che una delle due camere non sarebbe stata dentro la struttura ma presso un altro edificio, a circa 300m dal B&B. Si trattava di un appartamento dentro una palazzina. Abbiamo fatto presente a chi ci ha accolti che eravamo un unico nucleo familiare e che quindi avevamo la necessità di stare vicini ma ci è stato detto che la prenotazione era stata fatta troppo tardi ( 6 gg prima dell'arrivo ) e il B&B era pieno.
