「It was near the ADO bus station, just round the corner. I took an Uber / Didi car at the end as I had a lot of luggage. The hotel was far away from the city centre. Need to take an Uber / Didi car to get there. Not a lot of restaurants and shops around the hotel. Business hotel with elevator. Good air-conditioning. Very spacious with good lighting and big tables and storage area. Relatively comfortable bed. The toilet and shower area is relatively small given the spacious room. Modern facilities...

「Una joya en Villahermosa pet friendly y con un staff excepcional Vine con mi mamá y mis dos perros y el Hyatt Regency Villahermosa nos recibió de maravilla. Las instalaciones son de 10 todo limpio, bien cuidado y con ese nivel de detalle que esperas de la marca. Pero lo que más nos sorprendió fue el staff: amables, atentos y genuinamente cálidos con nosotros y con los perritos. No es fácil viajar con mascotas y sentirse bienvenido en todos lados aquí sí se logra. Una experiencia que recomendamos...

「Todo bien. Pero la propiedad es muy pero muy vieja. No respetan los descuentos de alimentos de expidia, solo deja 1 agua la primera noche, despues hay que pagarlas. El restaurante deja mucho que desear en la calidad de los alimentos. La alberca no tiene servicio ni toallas, esta abandonada.」
