"La chambre qu'on nous a présenté initialement n'était pas celle que nous avions réservé. Nous avons dû demander de changer de chambre. La chambre était propre mais le wifi y était inexistant. L'accueil était super mais par la suite, pas moyen de trouver personne pour nous aider. Nous voulions manger à l'hôtel mais après plusieurs tentatives de parler à quelqu'un, on nous a informé qu'il n'y avait a peu près rien de disponible sur le menu. À 1h de la fermeture des cuisines un peu partout autour,...
