"While charming and the spa was nice, our stay here left something to be desired. First, the room smelled like kitty litter, not really sure why. Second, the room featured a mini-split for heating/cooling which was appreciated since the small room easily got too warm at night even in April (and the it was too noisy outside to leave the window open). But the AC was aimed directly at our heads as we slept, which made sleeping difficult. (Already a challenge thanks to the couple arguing in the next room until 1am, and loud music from the bar across the street). Not the worst stay, and staff were nice, but next time we’ll probably try a different hotel. "

"Westcliff Lodge is conveniently located a short distance from the I-84 freeway. The room was very comfortable, quiet, and with the amenities I need while traveling."

"Stayed one night with family. Property is nice with pool, hot tubs & sauna. Wish temp. of pool is more warmer … cold ! Why we gave 3 stars is - most issue is staff shortages… ppl is not at front desk all the time. When calling there , nobody takes phone and message machine came out but never call back : ( We ordered to go breakfasts in the restaurant and had to wait more than 1 hr!! Facility is great but they need to improve staffing issue ."

"A hidden gem and sparsely attended in late March. Adjacent to a beautiful golf course and clubhouse with great eats. We loved the mineral pool and enjoyed meeting new friends around the outdoor fire pit. We’ll be back."

"This was the cleanest hotel room that I have experienced. Also, the bed was quite comfortable, with a firm mattress and very fresh linens. The shower was supplied with a wonderful, rum-scented shower gel & shampoo/conditioner. Though the bathroom was somewhat small, for the price of this room (Rm. 203) it was adequate. Viewing the lovely garden space outside gave a peaceful vibe to our stay. The front desk staff were very kind and helpful. We plan to return! "
