"Hotel was clean and comfortable to stay in.
Location was also great with direct subway access and many bus options right outside.
I stayed for the second time in Room 2601, but two reported room faults weren’t rectified from my last stay.
1. Cabinet hinge for the in-room fridge is almost falling apart.
2. Bathroom glass door scrapes the floor tile whenever opening/closing, raising safety risk.
I hope this would be looked into as soon as possible.
Hotel staff Ms Joy was exceptionally great in her service. She was patient and it was really nice of her to provide early check-in when I arrived very early."

"I had a wonderful stay at Lotte Hotel Seoul. The staff were truly outstanding. Every interaction felt professional, polished, and genuinely empathic. Their attentiveness made the experience especially memorable and set a very high standard for hospitality.
The room itself (1866) was beautiful and very comfortable. I did notice a couple of minor maintenance details that would benefit from attention… grout repair, loose carpet.
These are small details, but addressing them would help ensure the room fully reflects the otherwise excellent quality of the hotel. Overall, I very much enjoyed my stay and greatly appreciated the exceptional service from the team."
