「前台服務員的表現親和力佳，但我一定得拿出訂單號碼就感覺有點不好，當時我跳島回來東西有點多，手機又沒電，但服務員堅持一定要有訂單編號，讓我覺得有點麻煩，不是飯店都會有客人名單嗎？房間整體乾淨整齊，空間也很大，住起來挺舒適的，但一進廁所就有潮濕悶久了的味道，聞起來很可怕，而且給我的大毛巾也是有潮濕悶久的味道很重，使我不敢用那條毛巾，我對於味道的部分很在意，如果能改善就能更好了」

「酒店位置不错，在十字架山的半山腰，可以俯瞰整个科隆湾！房间设施很新，隔音很好，床很舒服！晚上很安静，不像在路边酒店晚上很吵闹休息不好！泳池很干净，晚上在泳池边小酌两杯甚是惬意！出门可以让前台帮忙叫车，很方便！四楼的平台风景很好，只是最近雨季天天下雨无法感受俯瞰科隆湾的感觉！总之我会推荐我的朋友去科隆旅行选择这家酒店，不会后悔的选择！忘了说了，酒店的服务员态度很热情，非常乐意帮忙解决一些问题，下午会用雨伞凯接送客人进去酒店，非常贴心！」

「地理位置离镇上有点远，但是非常方便，因为宾馆配有免费突突车送去镇上，基本随叫随到。回宾馆只用出回来的突突车费用。反而比住在镇上的宾馆在路上耽误的时间少。宾馆的硬件不是最新的，但是不影响使用。服务人员非常热情。唯一不好的是宾馆关上房间门就完全没有wifi信号，必须在门口上网」

「Nos encantó pasar vacaciones aquí a pesar de que no hizo buen tiempo es un lugar precioso al que me gustaría volver en temporada buena para disfrutarlo mejor porque nos llovió mucho pero el trato del personal fue siempre de 10.
