"This is my fourth visit to Conquistador, and unfortunately, it was my least favorite experience. My door wouldn’t close, and I waited two hours for someone to come and inform me that they couldn't fix it, which forced me to switch rooms. The concierge in the evening was not very helpful with my transportation questions and simply referred me to the limo service contact, which wouldn’t arrive until the next morning. Whenever I tried to speak with a staff member, they were often on their personal phones (concierge, custodial staff), making me wait. However, Angel the porter was great! The property is beautiful, and despite the issues my family and I encountered, we still had a nice time. The food and service at Ventanas were also a highlight of our stay."
