Quarto limpo e bastante confortável. Equipe de funcionários do dia são excelentes. Porém os funcionários da noite não tem preparação nenhuma para receber clientes. Deveriam agregar pessoas capacitadas para a função. A piscina é terrível. Extremamente suja, não estão limpando e está completamente abandonada. Eu teria vergonha de liberar a piscina para ser usada nas condições precárias que está atualmente.

Ruim, não há limpeza nos quartos.

Hotel peca muito na limpeza, foram 5 diárias e em nenhum dia houve limpeza no quarto, por duas vezes informei na recepção e me forneceram toalhas limpas, mas limpeza e arrumação do quarto não aconteceu mesma colocando a plaquinha para arrumar o quarto e ter saido 3 dias por volta das 7h da manhã e retornado após as 18h, nada de quarto arrumado. Em um dos dias tive eu que retirar o lixo que ficou no corredor por recomendação de um funcionário da recepção. Lastimável.

overbooking e falta de atenção

Ja fiquei no hotel outraz vezes... mas da última, foi trágico! Rodei 1000km, cheguei cansado, depois de 11 horas de viagem, era 21:30 quando cheguei. Custei a achar uma vaga no estacionamento, desci as malas, cheguei na recepção, o recepcionista pediu meu nome ficou uns 5 minutos digitando... ao ponto do meu irmao perguntar se estava tudo certo... Ai o atendente apático, disse que nossos quartos estavam travados porque estavam em manutenção. ABSURDO! Ficou o dia inteiro fazendo o que, que não podia nos avisar? Reserva paga, com uma cara de zero a esquerda, falando que eu deveria ir pra um hotel parceiro (muito mais simples)... Pois bem, Fui pro ABUDI e fui muito mais bem tratado...

A limpeza do hotel é boa e o quarto é amplo e arejado. Reservei porque tinha academia mas ela é abandonada e muito feia. O hotel é bem barulhento. O café da manhã e o atendimento são bons.

No geral foi bom. Houve um inconveniente no atendimento quando procurei um rapaz na recepção e ele mal levantou os olhos para me atender e sem proferir nenhuma palavra. Como tinha uma vasta e bonita cabeleira afro, ía elogiar pois gosto, porém, não o fuz pois não o mesmo não teve a empatia e o respeito de olhar para mim. Também havia um espelho quebradi no quarto. Fora isso nada a reclamar .
