Booked a suite as it had a jacuzzi. Unfortunately no one had cleaned it after the previous occupants so that was unusable. There is a large satellite dish outside, but only two tv channels available and one of those was a shopping channel. The room was large and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. There are well maintained gardens and pool area. There was some very loud music across the road which was not insulated by the single glaze windows. Fortunately, this stopped by 10pm. If it hadn't been for the dirty jacuzzi, I would have been very happy here, but since I couldn't use it I may as well have had the cheaper room.

Muito sujo

Café da manhã horrível, bolo cru, sem opções, suco ruim, insetos nos talheres, quarto sujo, roupa de cama com manchas, TV sem funcionar, piscina suja e lugar cheio de larvas e pernilongo, se recusaram a lugar a hidro da piscina ... Não recomendo ... Fora o barulho da rua insuportável.

Foram 4 diárias, eu e minha esposa. Pegamos a melhor suíte do hotel (não recordo como eles chamam). Tivemos que mudar de quarto 3 vezes. Para um casal que está celebrando anos de aniversário é extremamente desconfortável. O ar-condicionado do hotel é velho, mas muito velho. É natural que não esteja funcionando. Por que vcs não trocam logo isso e evitam problema com os hóspedes? Fora isso, foi tudo muito bom. O quarto é sensacional (exceção do ar). Espaçoso, cheiroso e limpo. Café da manha, os 4 dias foi muito bom. Boas opções e tudo muito gostoso!!! Agora o melhor, é o atendimento. Todo mundo muito educado e atencioso. Percebi o constrangimento dos funcionarios com a situação de trocar a gente de quarto. Pessoal da recepção é fora de série, muit bom!

Péssima experiência.

Horrivel, pior cafe da manhã de hotel de toda a minha vida, bolo cru e sem opões, tinha uma aranha pequena na xicara de café, TV do quarto não funciona, roupas de cama encardidas, banheiro com vaso quebrado, hotel sem iluminação, piscina suja e não podem ligar a hidro da piscina, pq o dono do hotel não permite, fora o barulho insuportável do som da rua.
