El personal es muy amable, en general las instalaciones estan muy limpias, la alberca limpia y climatizada . La comida tiene buen sabor ,en algunas cosas se me hace exagerado el precio ,sobretodo en la comida para los niños Lo que no me gusto y terrible fueron las almohadas muy feas planas llenas de bolas.nada comodas para pasar una noche relajada urge que pongan atención en eso Sus jardines preciosos, los baños de las albercas super limpios

Los colchones están duros La tasa de baño chaparra y es difícil levantarse para una persona de edad, no hay donde apoyarse Las luces dela calle rio mayo y el ruido de los coches es mucho La luz del aire acondicionado un punto rojo a media noche No hay vasos No hay lampara de buró, por lo que es luz muy fuerte No hay con que taparse frio de noche Las almohadas son muy aguadas
