"Excellent location, close to cathedral, casas colgantes y puente. The place has been totally renovated with beautiful vies including the back of las casas colgantes. "

"Great hotel in a magical setting. Construction work outside the hotel made entering and exiting a bit chaotic. Hotel personnel were fantastic. Rooms were nice and comfortable. Breakfast was great. Worth the effort getting to especially driving in downtown Cuenca (you have to experience it to understand this comment)."

"Stunning reception area and welcoming staff. Great to be able To use the wellbeing pool late early evening, as the sun goes down. Room was a decent size with an amazing walk-in shower. We had a burger to eat at the bar which was tasty, as was breakfast. Only stayed one night as we were moving on but loved this hotel. "

"Liked it a lot; is like a B&B without the breakfast; room had an awesome view; friendly and flexible owner/manager; no parking but there is paid parking a few steps away or free parking about 4 blocks away; worth looking at it."
