「This hotel was rated somewhere around 8.5 or more when I booked it and my expectations were definitely not met. The hallway smelled odd getting to the room and the room itself looked like it could have been maintained better and cleaned better. Breakfast was good and had a descent variety of foods. I did not use the pool, but it looked nice through the windows of the breakfast area.」

「We stayed in room 205, there were long hairs on in the bath tub and bathroom floor, the carpet was dirty and the bed was uncomfortable. They charged us $166 deposit for two nights (no big deal), but when we checked out at 4am they charged us another $100 for reasons unknown.」

「One of the staff members at the front desk went out of her way to be rude and unaccommodating because I made my reservation through Expedia. Everyone else was trying to be helpful but she kept overriding whatever the other staff member suggested to help, insisting that we had to wait no matter what.」

「I think the hotel may have been just a few years old. The shower stream was still powerful. The room was big and comfortable, and there were two TVs. The complimentary breakfast was just ok. The lady who checked us in was quite cool and nice. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. 」

「Honestly the only issue I had was that the room bathroom didn’t have a fan in it. When showering the steam was trapped in the bathroom requiring the door be left open during or immediately afterwards. Also, it created issues with room Oder, so bring air freshener. Outside of that, fantastic stay.」

「Laundry facilities were trash , washing machine shredded our clothes . Bleach was in fabric softener dispenser also ruined clothes . Staff said nothing they can do we’re on our own , but note says any problems with laundry let them know. Let them know for what they didn’t even check to see what our issue was so the next persons clothes aren’t ruined .
