Ibis is one of my favorite stays, affordable, simple and clean. Well... not this time. Smelly room, smelly sheets, dirty fully dirty towels, smelly towells, a cockroach in the shower, lime in the sinks... bad. I love this hotel chain it is not the brand I am sure this is a management issue. I have pictures if needed. Thankyou.

They offer Pet friendly service but they do not provide any bed, meal or water. Just the access of the pet into the same room. They also asked for a deposit amount in cash of $1000.00 MXP to cover any damage the pet could cause. Finally they did not provide any receipt of such cash. At the check out they give us back the cash without any inspection of the room. This procedure at all does not make any sense.

I am very sorry that they did not offer you the gift bag and bone for pets that we gave upon arrival, I will promptly review what happened, on the other hand the maid is the one who reports to us the conditions in which the room is located and It will depend on various moments, if upon departure they have already gone to cleaning, they notify the reception of the conditions and if everything is in order at the time of departure, we only focus on some need on your part before leaving the hotel. Nunca se hospeden ahí! fue la peor experiencia: las camas duras, almohadas como piedras. No hay agua caliente en las noches. Las toallas están viejas y deshilachadas y las sabanas huelen a humedad; lo peor es que ni papel de baño pusieron! el desayuno es un insulto: solo hay huevo revuelto y frijoles pero con sabor a traste sucio! los focos de las habitaciones zumban como si tuvieran un insecto. Y aguas! la perilla de la puerta da toques! un asco de lugar! jamás lo volveré a reservar!

Buena ubicación y precio si vas de paso. Estacionamiento seguro, cerca de centro comercial. Solo les falta un poco de organización para el desayuno. Creo que lo ideal sería pedirlo al cuarto para evitar confusiones. La mayoría del personal muy atentos.

The room is small and the "double beds" are smaller than you'd expect but everything was clean and the hotel is in a convenient location.

If you're coming to northern Mexico City this is a great place to stay. Near industrial zone. Walking distance to shopping mall and restaurants inside the mall. Nice clean guest rooms. Excellent for business travelers.

We stayed for 5 nights, the room are too small if you're gonna be spending time during the day, but if you're only going to spend the night they're ok. Our breakfast was included. The shower it's too small and we had to put towels underneath the door so it wouldn't splash all over the floor. They lack irons to iron your clothes. Its convenient located by a mall, about half a block, where you can find restaurants and shopping stores. If you're staying for a few days and you're going to use to sleep I would recommend it.

Prompt Issue Resolutions
Upon arrival we were greeted and quickly assigned our room. We went up to the floor in the elevator and it immediately smelled like cigarette smoke. The whole hotel is advertised as No Smoking. We went into the room and it also smelled. I called down to the front desk and they told us we could come down and get a new room assignment. We were moved to a different floor and the issue was resolved. I was impressed with the quick response of service requests.
