"Description does not match at all the actual property. This is a cheap hotel with small individual rooms. Had to cancel my stay immediately upon checking in and move to another villa. Would be OK as a hostel or for an individual or couple that doesn't mind roughing it, but avoid if you are traveling as a family or group. Beach is also under construction and no restaurants in the vicinity are open so have to drive 20 minutes to get anything."

"This is the best stay in South Island of Phu Quoc through out our 2 nights 3 days vacation. We stayed on the fifteenth floor, and the view is spectacular, with ocean view and kiss-bridge view. "Super nice staff that help you with anything and all speak English. Freash and new place with a amazing pool and amazing view from the rooftop. 😍. "We were redirected to stay at The Sea Residences which is one of the same apartment blocks in that series. Housekeeping was once every two days but they did a fantastic job. Amazing views of the sea horizon and fireworks from the balcony. No issues with transport as there are always buggys/Grab cars and Xanh SM drivers waiting around to offer you a ride. "The resort was perfect. The room was spotless and was in in the perfect location for restaurants, shopping and sightseeing. A lovely balcony with a great view of the sunset too. Everything you could possibly need was provided - tea, coffee, hair dryer, toiletries, etc, etc. Courtesy buses to everywhere were provided free of charge. A superb pool, nice bars and a great beach."

The view from the over water restaurant was really amazing. The cleaning staff and wait staff were all lovely. The managers were always awkwardly walking around introducing themselves and telling everyone they were the manager. Lacking in people skills. Talking ‘at’ you instead of ‘to’ you. "
