Extremely friendly and very gracious. It was an amazing stay and definitely worth staying if you’re wanting a very nice hotel in the centre. It took about 5/10 minutes to walk form the hotel to all the shops. Definitely recommend.

We enjoyed the most beautiful view of the Old Town Square Christmas market and watched the Christmas tree lighting ceremony from our open window! An added bonus was the view of the astronomical clock from our side window! The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable and clean! This was my 2nd stay in this room, and I'll definitely be back!

Clean, spacious room, that was easy to access and minutes away from the museum. biggest issue was it was way too hot and the Aircon controls didn't work. Also the emergency exit light was very bright so even with all the lights off the room was still illuminated
