"Terrible. Ended up spending another $1,600 last minute to stay elsewhere. This is not an air bnb or anything similar. It’s is one child size bedroom in a rude old lady’s house. It is intentional false advertising. The “shared bathroom” clause is supposed to have you assume you will be sharing the place with the elderly woman that lives there and whatever guests she has in another room. She called us that day and corrected our grammar and was very rude. Upon arrival, we walked past a living area...

"We loved our time here at Kings Bay. We stayed 2 nights, it was so cozy and very quiet. If you’re looking for a hotel experience that is not the same old chain hotel, this is it. Right on the marina, restaurants within easy walking distance, beautiful sunset views!"

"The staff was very friendly And helpful. Check-in was a breeze. We brought our dog as this is a pet friendly hotel, extra charge but that is to be expected. Our room was on the 2nd floor, some of the wood railings could use some work. ie sanding/painting We rented a boat for the day, very easy and smooth process. Would highly recommend. We didn't visit the bar as we were out afternoons and evenings, if they were open in the am would have had some tasty beverages. The Hotel is expanding, I believe. If not expanding building new buildings which look like they will be really nice. Hope to come back and see what upgrades are made in the future."
