"Location was close to airport but farther away from downtown. Room was clean and comfortable. Carpets could stand to be updated or removed. Our bathroom shower door would not completely close so the water was everywhere on the floor. Parking was easy and plenty of room. Staff was excellent. "

"The cleanliness of our room could have been better. I found a bug wondering near the coffee brewer while I was getting ready. You can tell in the bathroom area that they do just a quick sweep type of cleaning due to some marks in the shower area and the toilet. It is located in the outer part of downtown Phoenix, not exactly in the center of downtown. Many homeless people roaming around in the nearby streets. It is also located across a grill/bar/club. You will be able to hear the music they are playing all night long. "

"This hotel does not deserve the rating it has on hotels.com. The room entrances are from the outside like a motel and our door had a gap at the bottom that you could see to the outside. There was a roach crawling on the chaise lounge in our room. The rooms seemed to be very clean though. The breakfast should not be advertised as they only have waffle batter, yogurt, cereal and a few breads. We went to breakfast an hour and 20mins b/f it was over and there was no waffle batter left, no juice, no coffee, no yogurt. There was no one working the area and a lot of upset guests. When the front desk gal was asked about refilling the breakfast she said she was the only one there and she couldn't do anything about it. You can't advertise that your hotel stay comes with breakfast when you don't provide breakfast. They do not provide any eggs or meats ever so it was very poor especially for the rate they charge per night. I would not recommend staying here."

"Pool was overcrowded with kids with $15 day passes. Food and drinks at pool were way overpriced. No adult pool. No music at pools. Not much for restaurant choices. Room was fine. Bed was comfortable. "

"The outlet in our room didnt work so no hair dryer . The pool was cold and yhe vending machines were out of order."

"The location was amazing. The stars for the staff go to two individuals alone. If not for them (hostess/waitress in restaurant and Brandon at front desk) I would have given ZERO stars for staff. Be prepared to ASK for everything including clean towels, coffee, room cleaning, real glasses, cheese on the breakfast buffet. NOT relaxing - it was a chore. "

"The hotel was noisy. There was a couple arguing loudly in the entryway. The hotel stunk of food cooking including our room which was on the second floor. The room was poorly lit and I saw bugs in the bathroom. There was no bottled water in the room. Based on other hotel stays, I expected this. It was disappointing and I would not stay there again. "
