「Very pleasant stay at Jaiwana Haveli, all staff are helpful. Recommendations of local and nearby tours are excellent. Rooftop restaurant is relaxing and very good spot for sunset. The transportation arranged by the hotel is very nice and you are safe in their hands~ Joined also the cycling tour recommended and was amazed by the experience.」

「The hotel is in a nice heritage building overlooking the lake with delightful views. However our stay was not enjoyable. The shower didn’t produce hot water, the bathroom was grotty and towels appeared dirty. When we asked for our room to be cleaned there was no evidence that our bathroom had been. The electrics were inconsistent, certain appliance did not work and on one occasion a socket exploded giving me a shock. We reported the electrical problems and, in fairness, an electrician was...

「View from the room was best i could ever get. Room was clean. Staff was friendly, gone beyond to fulfill the needs of the guests. Hotel is on a great great location. Just a minute away from lake pichola. You could see the lake, the ghat, the pichola market from your balcony. The size of the room was also pretty big. Overall 11/10. 」

「Good location, staff are great, bathroom needs work. Downside is the upstairs rooftop club that plays loud music from 6pm- midnight which you can hear very loudly from your room. Just an FYI if you’re travelling and trying to get a decent night sleep 」

「Only half the rooms had access via elevator. I had no elevator to my room and that also I found out after the room was assigned. Had I known that I would not have stayed there. Was strange building with really narrow tight corridors with stairs. Room rent should not have been more than 1000 Rs!」
