"Tomadas no quarto sem funcionar, precisamos desligar o frigobar para poder carregar celular a noite. Box do banheiro encardido, imundo. Travesseiros péssimos. Zero conforto, pelo valor pago esperávamos muito mais. O único ponto positivo, é o café da manhã. Depois fatos, bem diferentes do que demonstram as fotos. Ficamos no primeiro andar e a noite inteira o respingo do ar condicionado dos andares de cima pingando no rufo e fazendo barulho que parecia ser dentro do quarto. Péssima experiência. "
