I feel housekeeping/building maintenance could do a little bit more. Laundry trollies in the corridor's, no toilet roll holder, it just sits on top of toilet. Fixtures loose that a screwdriver would solve. Kitchen and bathroom soap dispensers mounted on wall, however they were empty with soap refills sitting beside...
