"Friendly and helpful staff, made to feel welcome, very comfortable room tastefully fitted out. On a cold winters night the room was cosy and warm. Excellent food with lots of it locally sourced and great quality. Good value. All round a great experience "

"Great nights sleep, very quiet and temperature controlled rooms if your like me and like it cold lol, you can turn off up or down. Also added bonus of a bath as wife had ours taken out during refurbishment. Food was great over the road as was breakfast and staff can’t be more helpful "

"A cosy and comfortable guest house, the room and bathroom was spotlessly clean. The small en-suite single bedroom had everything you need (although the tv was quite high up, however there is a small sitting room with sofas and a larger tv if you want it). The host was welcoming and attentive, and the breakfast choice was excellent and very nicely done. Would happily stay again if I was in the area. "
