Really friendly, helpful and welcoming staff.
Comfortable bed. A quiet area, giving a good nights sleep. The price reflects the 'luxury' you'll get, however, our stay was perfectly fine and we would definitely stay here again .

A reasonable stay for a reasonable price
We stayed for an overnight stop visiting friends. We weren't looking for a fancy hotel so i was not disappointed with Dial House. We had a reasonable rate for a reasonable room. The decor was a bit tired and the bathroom needs a good scrub but overall it served our purpose and was not at all unpleasant.
Recommended a good hotel, comfortable and very good value

I booked this hotel when working in the village. It was very convenient with it being walking distance to the high street and various amenities. Parking was easy and convenient when I arrived around 5.30pm. The room was comfortable, but in need of a little touch up from patchy decorating, and the twin room was a bit short on space with an outward opening ensuite - this was passable though. Staff were friendly and on hand to help if needed until late. It was a comfortable stay, and have already booked to stay again. It is a greatly convenient hotel with lots nearby; free and easy parking; comfortable beds and quiet; so ideal if you're not expecting a chain brain quality of decoration.
Lovely hotel with friendly and accommodating staff. Multiple stays and very welcoming, excellent value for money. Spacious light rooms with extremely comfortable beds. Highly recommend.
Very pleasant stay. Nothing was too much trouble. Was upgraded on arrival to a twin bed room which was easier access for me as I was unfortunately on crutches. Lovely breakfast and friendly staff. Would highly recommend.
I have stayed here multiple times. Cheapest in area. Good staff.

Good value.
Very good value. The rooms aren't the best but comfortable and good for the cost. Nice bed. Slept well. Friendly family hotel and excellent breakfast. I would definitely use again.
Older style property. Downstairs a comfy bar and a good sized breakfast room. Nicely upholstered furniture. Very friendly welcome. Upgraded to larger room. Ensuite good shower. Quiet area. Comfy bed. 10 hours sleep! Breakfast served with a smile. The cooked breakfast best my husband had had. All in all very pleased. Will be back
The staff are friendly and very helpful. The room was lovely, immaculate and very clean. Very comfortable bed. Convenient location with the High Street just up the road.

Old property. Needs a bit of a facelift but very affordable. Very good staff. Will stay there again.
The room was clean tidy and large. The shower was fatefully located and the bathroom was smart. The staff were polite.

The staff were resoecrful and accomdating the room well perhaps it needs an upgrade cieling peeling wallwaper and the shower needed attention with a major leak but i was visiting family so only slep there so it met my needs
A very last minute booking as I was attending a friends party & didn’t want to drive home. Lovely, clean, comfy room with everything I needed for a last minute crash.
A huge thanks to the staff of the hotel. Very friendly and considerate. I forgot my watch in the room and they help find it and return it to me. The hotel is very near to Wellington and hence it is really convenient for me to attend school's activities.
Strongly recommended!
This lovely hotel is such a gorgeous little place and inviting as well, the room was spacious and clean with tea/coffee station in the room, with a en suite bathroom with shower in.
We had breakfast in the Quant dining room area and I must say it was delicious, the server we had was very hospitable and funny. He did tell me his name but I forgot but he had a bald head and glasses.
I shall definitely be visiting again next time we are up this end of the country again.

Top floor room
A great price hotel room which was basic- but suitable.
The room definitely needs a make over. Toilet refilling all night, stained lampshade ( !) old fashioned carpets/ furniture and terrible paintwork finish on walls.
However, bed comfy & clean, kettle/tea & fan provided. Towels clean & quiet location.
Cant expect too much for the price & so this was exactly as we imagined.
