「It was shut down!!! I didn’t stay in the room and canceled the booking. There was a giant pee stain on the mattress cover. The property manager guaranteed me I would not be charged and all reimbursements would happen. Why have you Expedia charged my card?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!」
