"Gotta say the breakfast each morning was just ok. Gray sausage, cold cheese omelettes, running sausage grave and hard biscuits aren’t appetizing. Place was clean and in good shape. Friendly staff. For three days I never had hot water. Warm yes but it never got hot. I met mentioned to the staff a few times and someone looked at my shower and said it’s fixed…… well nope. Still just warm. Overall a good place with needs in a couple of areas to improve. "

"We have ties to Alabama and that neighborhood . We have been several times to this hotel and they are by far the nicest people I have encountered working at a hotel . The staff is so helpful and nice. We for sure will be back . Thank you to all the staff . Tanya & Jeff"

"The room was clean and welcoming after s long day on the road. Grandkids enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was great and had something to offer for everyone. Beautiful setting, quiet and woodsy."

"Besides all of the remodeling going on, our stay was awesome! The staff is wonderful. The room was freshly remodeled. The new bar area is awesome. The breakfast had many options and was really good."

"I usually don’t complain but this experience was bad. We came after midnight with a reservation (was late bc of traffic) I go to open the door to check in and it’s locked! I had to call where thankfully someone answered and I let him know we were there, didn’t say a word just hung up then came to the door and let us in. Was not hospitable and just short in tone. Got to our room which I will say the room was not bad itself. We had been traveling and wanted a drink, go to vending and ALL drinks were out, so then I’m like let’s just get ice…Ice machine did not work! I wish I was done but I’m not…went to get a hot shower in the am and the water would NOT get hot, not even warm. I did have a whole bagel and apple for breakfast so there’s that 😮‍💨 all in all they say you get what you pay for but I thought an unlocked door and warm water was an understanding."
