「I am giving this hotel a low rating because the advertised room rate was misleading once the additional charges were added. Being hit with a $40 per night resort fee along with parking charges significantly increased the actual cost of the stay. Resort fees feel sneaky and dishonest when they are not clearly reflected in the upfront pricing. Because of that experience, I will not stay here again, especially since I travel to Bend frequently and have many other lodging options available.」

「We checked in late close to 9:40 pm. The indoor spas were closed , the outdoor pool and spa closed at 10pm. We didn’t get to use any amenities as it was late and we checked out early. The staff were friendly the Rooms were comfortable. We didn’t have much light in the room and the tv might have been disconnected when I tried but we were too lazy and tired after the drive to care.
