The property is an old one. And it looks like they are beginning to do some renovation to upgrade it. But I can't say that the bed was nice and the sheets were clean. But the overall room itself need to be renovated and updated. The commode seat and the sinks were too low. But otherwise it was okay

I had no idea the property was so completely run down! I would have asked for a refund but my reservation online did not allow it. It is right next to the convention center and arena which should make it a nicer place to stay. There is furniture outside the property everywhere! The room was musty and dark, ceiling tiles stained, furniture stained,even the bedspread was stained. This motel has potential to be so much nicer and is in need of better management and upgrading. I am very disappointed in the "presentation" of this property on line and feel we were misinformed of the condition. The rate is the only positive thing but even the rate was higher than expected for the condition of the property and room.

Nasty motel
Bugs in the bathroom. Furniture stains , pillows nasty and mattress springs broken and no room to hang your clothes. Had to go buy new pillows ,blanket and sheets to stay the night and get out as soon as daylight.

This may be the worst hotel experience ever for us. The laminate on the cheap floors is peeling off. There is no place to put your luggage off the floor. I saw a baby roach crawling across the floor. I felt like I needed to wash my feet every time they touched the floor. I couldn't sleep for worrying a roach or bug would be in my bed. The tub was clean. The shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were good. That's about all I can say good. We'll never be back and I can't believe Travelocity even promotes it.

This hotel needs to be renovated, exterminated, and mold removal. This hotel use to be one of the nicest place to stay in Crockett. New owner isn’t doing a good job!!!

Had to change rooms 3 times to get one that was habitable. The rooms were filthy. The towels and sheets were filthy and stained. The bathroom tub(s) (mirror was very dirty) were dirty. Had to request cleaning materials to do my own cleaning. Had to request "cleaner" sheets and towels. Everything had stains. Property was very badly maintained. Cracks in the walls. Missing or peeling floor boards and peeling and cracked walls and floors. Musty odor. Otherwise, hot water, TV, wifi were good, surprisingly-no insects, and very comfortable bed.

Far from the best
The name is certainly misleading. This is NOT a Courtyard by Marriott. I'm sure at one time this was a nice hotel but today it is quite run down, and clearly not well maintained. The pool is unusable and most of the washers/dryers are out of order. Even getting into the rooms with a room key takes practice as they do not work very well.

The only positive thing about this stay is that the front desk lady was nice and helpful. Other than that, it was most disgusting place I have ever stayed. The floors had stains and were sticky, the toilet was dirty, and the shower looked so bad I would not even use it. The grounds were unkept and I felt so unsafe. It looked like a lot of guests were actually living there. The pictures are very deceiving. The only reason we even stayed here was because it was the only place available as there were only three hotels in the town to choose from. My advice is to keep driving to the next town!!

This property was old ran down filthy and unsanitary. The pool area should be condemned. They charge $97 a night for a place like this and it is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable.

The hotel is advertised as Courtyard. It is NOT a Courtyard by Marriott. This place is old and in terrible condition. We refused to stay. The did give us our money back. Clerk said it’s happened many times by guests thinking it’s a Marriott

The nice woman at the front desk was able to help us out after Expedia totally run us over!! I am forwarding screenshots of convo w Expedia person to their highest level. They didnot even Try to fix the problem and lied. Thedesk clerk said it sounded like the Expedia person was calling from a Nightclub! Advice here: the hotel is fine for what you pay but book direct. NEVER USE EXPEDIA!

This was a very old motel I graduated from Crockett in 1969 and this motel was there then. They have only renavated the front of the motel rooms have ok furniture but bed is in poor shape needs replaced. I stayed there because of price $80.00 versus $160.00 at holiday inn and if I knew condition was as bad as they were I would have gone to holiday inn instead

This Courtyard is not part of the Marriott Chain of hotels. It is very dirty, random people lurking in the parking lots, run down (should be condemned). Appeared to have drug deals going down in the parking lot, I was propositioned by couple to prostitutes, etc... Avoid this place at all cost. We were not even there 10 minutes and left. Did not fell safe or clean at all. Went across the street to Holiday Inn Expresss. Very nice and clean.

It’s an older hotel no breakfast offered. The pool upon arrival was not clean and we did not let my nephew swim in it. The flooring had a little bit of water damage in our room. Also the fire alarm was pulled from it plug and laying in the window sill. It was clean and the beds were comfy. But definitely not what I expected for a courtyard hotel.

Cigarette butts at front door of the room, trash in room, BUGS ON BED. The property itself was dirty and did not appear safe. I would not recommend this property to anyone. The lady at the front desk was nice and apologized but would not issue a refund, she said I would need to go through Expedia even after I showed her pics of the bugs. My wife lifted the sheets and saw black specs on the bed as well (the bugs were crawling on top). We were in the room for less than a minute and said not no but heck no....I expect a refund. Thank-you,

Most disgusting motel I’ve ever stepped foot in. We couldn’t stay and went to different motel. The toilet was literally growing something and there were cigarette burns in the shower and on the stained bedding. The people living in the motel were enjoying their time hanging out in the parking lot. Witnessed a drug deal before I even got out of my car. Several stains of something on the walls - I did not attempt to identify. The shower was in disrepair. This place should be removed from your site

It was convenience for going to stores and eating places. What i didn't like is that they came to get our towels to wash them and did not replace us with any more towels we didnt have replacement. And it could have been a little cleaner. Mirror not clean trash under the bed.

You get what you pay for, if on a tight budget this will work. Rooms at fairly dirty, toilets run all the time, towels smell clean but look dirty. Doors are hard to open to get into room. Small AC was sufficient for the room, did keep it cool. Fairly new 27" inch tv that worked well.
