"We really enjoyed our stay at Le Méridien, we spent 4 nights. It was comfortable and quiet, the room was a very good size, there are some minor maintenance issues, but nothing to concerning. Breakfast was very good, great range of options and the staff were excellent. The location was also second to none"

"The shower alternative tap did not work. And water temperature was either quite hot or cool. Water pressure for showering was low too. But the bidet’s water pressure was super strong! So, taking a shower & using the bidet was quite a challenge. Perhaps it’s time to use more sustainable shower management that feels satisfying yet saving water. Breakfast was adequate, but could improve a little with coffee: offer cold fresh milk instead of milk powder. Might want to consider offering local Sabahan breakfast? Location is excellent- walking distance to convenience stores & restaurants. Room was clean, soundproof, and beds excellent - helps a lot in getting some peaceful sleep. Staff were exceptionally welcoming, friendly and efficient. Keep up the great work!"

"Pick up from airport makes seamless arrival. English is good enough for business. Restaurants on premises and minimart. Nothing to visit in the neighborhood. If you join the (free) club they’ll drive you places nearby and arrange tours at discount. Helpful and friendly staff."
