"This hotel is so beautiful and comfortable! The breakfast is perfect and staff customer service was so nice. There even was a pillow menu! Everyone was so welcoming, helpful, and accommodating. Location of the hotel is perfect, walkable to everything you’ll want to see. Beautiful stay."

"Check-in was seamless and quick. The bar service was really friendly and efficient. Menu was very health-conscious in mind. Location is excellent, very close to the main square and tourist hot spots and easy to connect to public transit to the train station. Very good value for the buck."

"Overall a nice stay in Zagreb rooms are sizeable. Hotel is well located in the centre with the main square and old town in walkable distance. Breakfast good value when bought in advance. Only minor negative was slow check in process which was apologised for. Will look to stay if in Zagreb again."

"Very clean rooms, quite decent breakfast though the orange and apple juice are actually tasting like soda, so I dont think there is much juice in there. Comfortable bedding and helpful staff. I needed an iron and they brought the iron and a board in 5 minutes."
