"It looks pretty from the outside but it’s all superficial. The rooms are typical basic Latam rooms. There were only two outlets in the room and none near the beds. "

No coffee maker nor kettle Our room had a bath but no plugs in either the bath nor the sink The shower gel, shampoo and conditioner dispensers were all empty The over bath shower water was cold. The air conditioning was excellent in that the room was baltic but we were unable to turn it down and so were really cold. A positive was that breakfast was both varied and plentiful and the staff were really lovely Overall I expected more for a booking that was expensive"

"Very limited - only had 1 bath towel and no hand towel or wash cloth? Not real clean and a few bugs. Staff did not speak English so that was a challenge. Location did make it easy to walk to stuff. Ok for price"
