Pros: location and beautiful view. Great infinity pool
Cons with some suggestions:
1. We booked a terrace suite but we are not convinced that is what we got. Room was smaller, darker and not as nice as the website pics. You may want to update your website pics to properly reflect room to your customers
2. Odor outside of our room. We were in room 1 that had a strange odor in the hallway just outside our room. You may wish to address that smell asap
3. The hotel seemed soulless. While we appreciate low touch service as explained on the website, small things like music playing in the hotel lobby//breakfast area and grounds may help. Also, ensure that there is at least 1 staff member visibly present in the lobby during working hours (we went several times to the lobby to ask questions and no one was there, nor answered the bell when we rang it)
4. Service. Subpar service for the price point. Suggestions are to provide an explanation of hotel and room amenities and services upon check in, serve your clients coffee at breakfast instead of self service for that (esp given the coffee machine as not working well), ask your clients how their stay is going esp if you have someone more visible, offer to carry your clients luggage to their room if they have large bags)
5. Breakfast. Other than the suggestion above regarding coffee, you may want to ensure you have enough food at the buffet table when your hotel is busy. You should also proactively inform your clients
