The room were a good size and on the surface clean. However the hand wash and shower wash were empty and had to ask for these to be filled. The bin in the bathroom was not empty and full of cotton pads and other personal waste. This is not acceptable in covid times especially. When the wash was refilled the person left dirty footprints on the bath mat. Also no tea bags.
