Although it was a bit farther from Montepulciano, Pienza, and Montalcino, it was absolutely worth the drive. Its proximity to Siena made it a perfect base, and we genuinely enjoyed every moment of our stay.」

「Everything was clean and the people were very kind and helpful. Our room was definitely more like a city apartment and less like a cozy country stay. For the size of the bathroom, the shower was very small. The beds were very hard, although I appreciated the extra blankets. The courtyard could have been better presented. Breakfast was good, but not included in the price of the stay. Dinner was excellent. Cappuccini were mostly foam and no coffee.」
