「Casa Blu and all the staff was exactly what we wanted from our holiday. The hotel was spotless, the staff couldn’t have been more helpful and polite. The location was fantastic! Tavernas, cafes and restaurants were only a short walk away. We would highly recommend it and will be looking at going back for sure」

「Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Lovely food, great amenities and the staff couldn’t do enough for you. The vibe is relaxed and it feels like there is a good amount of space so nowhere feels too crowded. We were there just as a couple but there were lots of families and children there but not to the point where it was disruptive if you’re just trying to have a relaxing time. Would definitely go back.」

「Lovely adults only hotel with decent spread of food for breakfast and dinners. The pool was lovely and my partner had a massage which he said was firm. The hotel is in a good location with a nice view of the town and the sea. Staff were all very helpful and friendly. We were very comfortable and had a great time!」

「Good spacious apartment, ours was a bit tired but work in progress. Lots of steps around resort so not really suitable for people with walking difficulties. Always free sun beds, says not to reserve but people still do, free aircon but only had hot water once in 6 days. Pool bar opens 09:00-17:00 needs to be open a bit later 10:00-18:00 maybe. All in all exceeded our expectations and great value for money, would stay again」

「Points négatifs: Hébergement plutôt vétuste. Pas de ménage ni remplacement des serviettes de toilette et draps durant la totalité du séjour d'une semaine. Il faut aller les chercher à l’accueil pour les remplacer. Petit déjeuner très simple, 2 tartines de pain demi emballées à la main dans du film transparent (date de péremption?), 1 beurre, une confiture , une patte à tartiner, un café, en tout et pour tout par personne, et a récupérer le plateau à l’accueil. Pas vraiment de services ni de...

「Avis mitigé pour ce joli hôtel. Points positifs : accueil et personnel agréable, petit-déjeuner et dîner de haute qualité, parking facile. Matelas confortable et magnifiques piscines. Points négatifs : malgré 4 appels à la réception et le passage (probable) d'un technicien, la climatisation ne produisait aucune fraîcheur. 28 degrés dans la chambre, impossible d'avoir une vraie nuit de sommeil donc. Pour un hôtel en Crete à plus de 350€ la nuit et affichant 4 étoiles, ce n'est pas vraiment...

「Our stay at Cosmeen was perfect. We had a double room with city view with a balcony which had the perfect size for the two of us. The staff were amazing, friendly and always ready to help! The breakfast baskets were great, we could decide if we have it by the pool or in our room and pre-order via the app. The pool is very nice and quiet. The location was also nice very close to the promenade. We highly recommend this hotel!」

「The hotel room costed about 250€ for 2 days sea-views on weekdays in October at the low season period. That is not worth it personally. Although, the hotel was not full but they assigned us for a room at the ended right-handed side from the hotel, which people can have a half sea-view only. 」

「Absolutely amazing! We had a hot tub suite with an amazing sea view. The suite is really spacious, with a separate bedroom and living area. The terrace is spacious too with a table, hot tub and loungers. The whole resort is well maintained, and the cleaners are extremely hardworking. Everything is clean and new. The breakfast has lots of choice, although the hot food could be a little hotter. Koutouloufari is an amazing village too and I would absolutely return. Highly recommend.」
