"Make sure that you ask for the height of the bed. I'm disabled and could not get up on the bed. My son had to go to Walmart and buy a step stool so that I could get into the bed."

"Excellent stay!! Staff extremely welcoming from the front desk to the breakfast crew and housekeeping. Hotel is really clean, rooms are spacious and breakfast was top notch. Both the pool and gym were great. If I am ever in the area again I will only stay here."

"We rented a room for four people and was only given two towels we asked for more and was told that is against hotel policy , house keeping didn't make the beds , sweep the floors and our outlets in the bathroom didn't work we rented a room through the same place last year and everything was excellent I do not know exactly what had happened but this was a terrible experience on our behalf and we will not be booking with them again"

"The room we were assigned did not have a working air conditioning unit or refrigerator. The management was very good with getting us moved next door for our stay. They had maintenance working on that unit immediately. They have a very helpful and pleasant staff. Facility just needs updated as many facilities do. Would use facility again when staying in Wooster. Very close to shopping."

"I loved having a kitchen in the room, with a full sized fridge & a stove top! The beds were comfortable, our suite was spacious with 2 beds & a couch, my children LOVED the pool. The hotel was very clean & the breakfast was AMAZING!!! They had such a variety of foods, from waffles, eggs, sausage, bacon, breakfast potatoes etc! My family and I will definitely be back!!!"
