「Room and grounds lovely. Plenty of parking. Restaurant and breakfast chaotic. A member of staff arrived in her PJ's to open up for Breakfast 20 mins late. Evening meal, obviously not enough staff - delays in food and limited choice, as only 1 person in the kitchen.」

「Mein Zimmer A405 war schön und sauber. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Bahnhof und Busbahnhof von Le Havre. Supermärkte, Bars und Restaurants sind ebenfalls nicht weit entfernt, und der Strand von Le Havre ist zu Fuß in 30 Minuten erreichbar. Ich hatte an der Rezeption nach einem ruhigen Zimmer gefragt und konnte keinen Lärm wahrnehmen. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend, besonders wenn es Probleme gibt. 「Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. L'accueil est exceptionnel tant le personnel, que ce soit à l'hôtel ou à la brasserie, est souriant, serviable et aimable. La chambre est spacieuse, très propre et fonctionnelle. Nous avons également apprécié le petit déjeuner et le dîner à la brasserie. Le rapport qualité/prix est indéniable. Nous ne pouvons que recommander l'hôtel du Phare.」
