Nice staff. Room was dusty and dirty, but the bed linens were clean. It was nice to have wood to burn and a heater for the chilly evenings. One of the grills on the stove top did not work well, and we had to tighten the handle on the pot before we used it. There were also only two spoons, one fork, two plates and two bowls. It was laughable. Fortunately, our party of 4 figured it out.

Beautiful inn with very friendly and helpful staff. The room is definitely older but things are very well maintined and working. The reason I reduced a star is because there was hair in bed and cushions smell a bit old.

This was the perfect place to stay in our way to Crater Lake! It offered a variety of options considering its location in the woods. A must check over there is their laundry room with a sizeable collection of VHS tapes and DVDs which made for a relaxing evening stay.

Towels, sheets, etc. Were dingy and old. They need to be bleached! Threadbare carpeting on stairs. Coffee maker didn’t work. Shower curtain was moldy. Faucets leaked. The location is great. I slept well!

Good Staff check-in 24 hr. Near gas station store, restaurant. Plenty of parking. NOT TO GOOD> Since old hotel, it not that clean as it should be. Refrigerator, old style and door don't shut can not keep food / drink cold. Water leaking in the bathroom. No air conditioning and it hot in the summer. (have one fan) WiFi terrible.

The area was really beautiful & large area for picnic or gathering. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Very knowledgeable about the area. Bed was very comfy. Internet is a little slow but for $5.00 more you can upgrade to faster. We didn’t need it so it was fine. Rooms were a little outdated but charming too. Good price for the area it is at.

If you're traveling Highway 58, the Willamette Pass Inn & Chalets in Crescent is a fantastic place to stay. Surrounded by towering pines and some of the best riding roads Oregon has to offer, it's the perfect home base for exploring the Cascades. The rooms are comfortable, the property is well-kept, and the mountain setting makes it easy to slow down and enjoy the quieter side of Oregon. One of the things I appreciated most was the location. It's an easy walk over to Manley's for a great meal and a cold drink after a day on the road, and having a coffee stand right in the parking lot is a nice bonus for getting your morning started before heading out for another ride. Whether you're passing through for a night or using it as a basecamp for a few days of adventure, the Willamette Pass Inn is a welcoming stop in a beautiful part of the state. I'll happily stay here again.
