Our quarters were great! Annemarie was truly a great host and made our stay exceptional. The room was clean and had a wonderful, cozy French charm that made us feel right at home. Annemarie went above and beyond—she was incredibly welcoming and even gave us a jar of homemade jam! We especially appreciated the delicious breakfast and the tranquil atmosphere of the property. We can't wait to come back!

The host was lovely. She spoke English very well. The breakfast was very nice as well. Fresh croissants, baguette, cheese yogurt and fresh fruit. The room was comfortable but be prepared to carry your bags up stairs.

The Lady of the House is so nice and wonderful. She prepares delicious breakfast. It was so nice to talk with her and stay in her lovely and quaint manoir. We highly recommend it. We would go back anytime.

Beautiful, historic home and inn

This is a good place to stay to be close to the Normandy invasion by the Allies in WW2. It is about 30 minutes to Omaha Beach. This is a beautiful, historic home/manor dating back to the 17th century. It became an inn 60 years ago. It was occupied by the enemy in WW2 for 4 years until it was liberated by the Allies in 1944. The owner/hostess has run this for 30 years. This inn is full of beautiful art and antiques. You are staying in her home/inn. She is an incredibly gracious host.

A perfectly wonderful place to stay - peaceful, beautiful and lovingly maintained, from the gardens to interior decorating with period pieces. This house is magical. AnnMarie goes above and beyond to make your stay comfortable, from homemade jams to fresh bread and cheeses for breakfast to assisting with local reservations. This is one of the best places we have ever stayed, and if ever in France again, this is where we will return.

This property is exactly as advertised. It was really interesting. Staying in a property while visiting the Normandy Beach area that had been occupied by Germans for two years prior to the invasion made the experience special. For the price it’s a really good deal. When we were there, the temperatures were mild, but I did not notice air conditioning or heat for this very old building. I would inquire before staying there in the summer or winter months. Internet was also intermittent or nonexistent in some of the rooms as we saw one guest sitting in hallway to use their computer. The breakfast while good, largely consisted of local bread cheese, and fruit. While this is not a modern hotel, for us, it was a pleasurable experience overall.

Our stay here was wonderful. The room was large & comfortable. Nice size bathroom. The house was elegant, well maintained. We enjoyed visiting with other guest at breakfast. Ann Marie served fresh fruit and home made jelly, tasted great on croissants. Ann Marie was a delightful host who made us feel welcome.

We absolutely loved our stay here! Anne Marie, the owner, was wonderful and made us feel so welcome. The house has so much character. Room was very spacious and bed was comfortable. We had a really lovely breakfast - bread, croissants, fruit, yoghurt, cheese etc. Location is good for visiting the Normandy beaches and also places like Bayeux. Thank you for a fabulous stay!

A quiet and friendly atmosphere

We had a most enjoyable stay at Le Manoir de Crepon. The property was constructed in the 18th Century and has been refurbished and still contains many of the original featured. Our room was quiet and comfortable. We had a Continental Breakfast which was a good start to the day. The host was very friendly and helpful and recommended some lovely Restaurants for our evening meal.

Super dejligt ophold hos Manoir des Crepon. Dejligt beliggenhed ifht besøg på invasions kysten. Vi havde et dejligt stort værelse med god udsigt mod haven. Vi fik enkelt, men dejlig morgenmad hos indehaveren. Hun var det sødeste og mest hjælpsomme dejlige menneske. Kan varmt anbefale et ophold på dette fantastiske sted.
