「I liked the location near the motorway - it's a busy golf and leisure club. Car park was full. Very quiet location, rooms spacious but there's no air conditioning. Nice bar where you can get a drink or a snack. Breakfast was nice - service not quite on point」

「I booked a room for one night. I was allocated room 440. The room was unbearably hot and was uninhabitable as a consequence. Despite my protestations I was unable to move rooms and ended up having to sleep in the car. I ended up asking for a refund which is yet to be forthcoming. I am waiting to hear from the nanager」

「This place has so many things that should be great - a beautiful setting, building and amenities. Unfortunately it’s let down by poor management.. From what I can see - the pool is a separate business - run by great staff, as a lido. It’s fab. The hotel is pretty but Fawlty Towers-like in its management.
