「I was put in a room where the key didn’t work. I made multiple trips to the front desk due to my key not working. It never worked and I couldn’t be moved because the rooms were allegedly all booked. Maintenance or whoever it was, had to let me in but I never got a key. So, I couldn’t even leave my room that night. I kept calling the front desk but no one ever answered. Phone in the room didn’t work so I had to use my cell. There was no WiFi password in the room and I never got access to that...

「Staff was fine. The sink was clogged, ran out of tissue, etc. I stayed 2 nights and they didn't clean the room but I needed another coffee for the coffee pot.」

「Room was clean. Bathroom needed some maintenance, reported to front desk upon checkout. Couldn’t get TV to work, got new remote from desk still didn’t work. Front desk offered to come to room to fix it but I declined. Public areas were spotless and welcoming」
