"Best hotel of our entire trip! Beautiful location, gorgeous immaculately clean rooms, breakfast buffet to die for and incredible spa with hot saunas, wet saunas, glacier water bucket shower and full swimming pool. All included ! Cozy lobby area with pool table and old fashion record players. Able to walk to our dinners and to several hikes in Kandersteg. Staff was amazing and Nico owner drove us in his van to pick up shipped luggage waiting at the train station. Wonderful family run hotel Would highly recommend this wonderful hotel !"

"Superbe emplacement, proche de tout, boulangerie, fromagerie, boucherie,…. Le seul désagrément était le bruit le soir : nous avons ouvert les fenêtres pour raffraîchir l’appartement mais nous entendions les vèhicules, les passants, le camion à vidange,…. Mais sinon tout était superbe et super communication avec les hôtes. Merci !"

"We got a family maisonette on the 5 floor. Wonderful views. The restaurant and bar had amazing dishes, the drinks were well made and the staff was super helpful. My kids also loved the place."

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property is beautiful, elegant, and offers everything you would expect from a luxury hotel. What truly makes it exceptional, however, is the staff. Every member of the team showed genuine dedication to ensuring guests have the best possible experience. Their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail were outstanding across every part of the hotel. Breakfast was another highlight—beautifully presented, with an excellent variety of high-quality options that should satisfy almost every guest. My only comments concern the room. The view from the premium lake-view room felt more limited than I expected, especially considering the significant price difference. In addition, the air conditioning was not operating during my stay. I understand that the local climate is generally cool, but I still found the room uncomfortably warm until around midnight, and unfortunately the air conditioning did not help at all. Overall, this is an excellent hotel with remarkable service, and I would gladly return. With improvements to the room climate control and clearer expectations regarding the views, the experience would be close to perfect."
