「Most of the staff were very nice and the condition of the property would have been excellent, if not for the nasty stained towels in the bathroom. I went to the front desk to get cups, as they were none in the room and to exchange a towel with big stains all over it. The front desk clerk appeared disbelieving, and a bit put out before giving me another folded towel and stating he would make a note for the general manager.When I unfolded the new towel in the room, it was also stained.」

「This place is a wonderful place to stay. Room was very clean, staff was friendly, kind and very helpful. Parking was great! Beautiful view of the river from our room was so enjoyable! Very quiet room. We chose not to have any breakfast. We enjoyed the coffee provided in the room. 」

「There was no refrigerator in the room
There was no hair dryer in the room
The staff was less than friendly/helpful
There was no shampoo or body gel in the dispenser. Didn't realize that until I was in the shower
There was no hot water for tea at breakfast. Actually that dispenser was EMPTY.
